What Do Women Want? [New Media Minute]

What do women want? It’s an age old question and it’s getting a lot tougher for TV networks to answer because evidently a lot of women are tuning out the TV. It’s mostly background music, says a new study from Solutions Research Group. In this episode of the New Media Minute Daisy Whitney calls into question the data on how many hours a day the TV is on. Because when it comes to women, only half say they usually pay full attention while watching their favorite shows. And that’s because about 50 percent of women with laptops said they have them on frequently or more when watching TV.
