Last month, if you’d asked us, we’d have no idea the excitement that CES seems to have generated amongst the tech community in general and our SiliconANGLE community in particular.  It definitely seems above and beyond any years in recent memory.

In response to that excitement, Art Lindsey and I have been working in preparation for anchoring the coverage here at SiliconANGLE for dozen or so contributors we’re sending to the event to cover it for us. We’ll start rolling out that coverage and information on who all’s going to be covering what later today, but I thought we’d share one of the resources we’d compiled in preparation, a conclusive and somewhat-exhaustive list of all the live online video streams we can find coming out of Vegas this week.

Official and Company Press Event Streams

CES official stream – The official CES stream this year is going to be hosted on Stickam.

Intel and the Intel Keynote – Intel appears to have two streams set up, one for the keynote, and one for general coverage of their activities at the event. Thier live stream starts on the 7th.

Microsoft Press Event – Event is on the 6th at 6:30 PM PST. From the press release:

Steve Ballmer, chief executive officer of Microsoft, and Robbie Bach, president of the Entertainment & Devices Division, deliver the pre-show keynote address in Las Vegas to kick off the 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES). Coverage begins on Jan. 6, 2010, at approximately 6:30 p.m. PST with the live, streaming keynote. The Microsoft 2010 CES Newsroom will be updated throughout CES with the latest news, videos, photos and press information from Microsoft and its partners.

Sony Press Event – At 4:15pm PST, Sony’s holding their annual #CES2010 press conference.

Kara Swisher / AllThingsD – Kara will be conducting live interviews with Reed Hastings, CEO, president and chairman of Netflix, Jon Rubinstein, Chairman and CEO of Palm, and Google (GOOG) VP of Engineering Andy Rubin. See her post there linked with times and embed locations.

Full Coverage Streams

Cali Lewis / Geek Brief TV – My neighbor and friend Cali Lewis will be streaming live throughout the show. Cali hosts a regular gadget podcast (as well as tons of other stuff), so she’s pretty qualified to give you an interesting perspective on what’s going on there.

TWiT.tv – Leo Laporte’s network will be covering CES this year, as per usual. They will have team coverage, and this is Leo’s first year covering CES with such a huge crowd working for him, so it’ll be interesting to watch how it unfolds.

USAToday – The USAToday stream was running live interviews from what looked like a stationary location all day on Tuesday. I imagine it’ll be more of the same throughout the show.

Gizmodo – The gadget blog.  They’ll be doing their thing with full coverage on the stream, starting on the 6th.

Live.Pirillo.com – Chris Pirillo won’t be in attendance, but he’s sent some correspondents, and given his normal coverage areas, you’re sure to get a full dosage of CES news from Chris throughout the event.

CNET – CBS owned tech coverage giant will be there running a stream starting on the 6th and running throughout the event.

Crunchgear – Techcrunch owned gadget blog will be sending their team to CES to cover the show. This is their stream.
