FalconStor Expands Global Relations with New VP
Falconstor Software announced the appointment of Brendan Kinkade as Vice President of Channel Management in addition to his current role as Vice president of Global Alliances. He will supervise the company’s channel program as well as develop strategic partnerships that will be beneficial to company. He was founder and senior marketing and business development consultant at Kinkade & Co before joining FalconStor in 2008. He also served Nexsan Technologies as vice president of marketing. As FalconStor recovers from a rough 3rd quarter and the resignation of a CEO, the company is working to put new leadership in place in order to move forward on a global scale.![]()
“Brendan embodies the combination of strategic marketing, business development and channel management experience that is required to grow our channel program into a creative, dynamic and profitable machine,” said Jim McNiel, interim president and CEO of FalconStor. “In his two years with FalconStor, Brendan already has demonstrated his strength in building successful business relationships; and now, under his direction, I look forward to the emergence of an enhanced channel program that will empower our partners and increase our sales.”
Kinkade brings in 15 years of experience in the storage market which entails a full-grasp in data protection, virtualization, and the storage market in general while building new strategic partnerships.
