ShoutEm Launches No-Coding App Builder into Beta

Mobile company ShoutEm was launched back in ‘08 as a white label mobile social networking service which enabled customers to develop custom mobile communities. Growing beyond the 20,000 community mark, ShoutEm has announced it has “evolved”, and launched a new app builder into beta.

The service reportedly enables app development without the need for coding or design dubbed Mobilizer.  “The new version of ShoutEm lets you build a mobile application for the iOS platform (currently supported devices are iPhone and iPod Touch) without the hassle of coding, testing and submitting your app to Apple for review.”

The service will start at $30/month, and creates the apps by letting users upload their web and social networking content, upload graphics, and choose a color scheme. These features may suggest ShoutEm is not specifically built for particularly customized apps, but it certainly presents a very cost-efficient alternative to bespoke app development. The company does offer custom templates and modules in its enterprise section.

ShoutEm’s mobile app builder is in beta testing, and SiliconANGLE got its hands on 50 invited by the company to their fresh service. The code is “aseasyasitgets”.
