Hear from Citrix Engineer, VMware Author at Live Wikibon Event Tomorrow
Wikibon is once again holding their Peer Incite tomorrow, August 21. Peer Incite is a research meeting held periodically wherein “a guest presenter(s) is prompted by the moderator and delivers a 10-15 minute introductory discussion, puts forth a premise and then the community discusses the implications for the remaining 40 minutes or so. The sessions are highly interactive in a discussion format, not a presentation format.”
Tomorrow’s Peer Incite guests will be Nathan Smith, Senior Citrix Engineer at Centered Networks and renowned author, Duncan Epping, of VMware. The Wikibon community and the guests will be discussing issues such as:
What big-data analytics approaches are being leveraged today to improve IT service levels? How can community-wide data be leveraged to de-risk IT decision making?
How can IT professionals securely contribute IT performance data to the community of practitioners? and How can organizations eliminate the proof-of-concept approach when evaluating new technologies?
Tune in at 12:00pm – 1:00pm ET (9:00am – 10:00am PT) here by using the access#: 218.632.1064, and Bridge: 1960. You can also stay up to date with the latest happenings by following them on Twitter @Wikibon, LinkedIn or the Wikibon Blog.
