Rent-A-Center Inc. the largest rent-to-own operator in the United States, is saving millions by optimizing and centralizing its purchasing in the Cloud using Coupa Software and IBM Smarter Commerce. With approximately 4,000 locations and 20,000 employees, Rent-A-Center was burdened with a de-centralized, manual purchasing process with low employee adoption.
