Instagram remains a hot commodity for mobile users the world over, and access to the popular photo-sharing app is only broadening with news of IG prepping a Windows Phone app. News broke this morning at Nokia World with few other details – we just know to expect an Instagram app for Windows Phone in the “coming weeks.”
Instagram for WP is the latest major development in the app’s ongoing appeal to the masses. In June, Instagram unveiled its video feature that allows users to take 15-second video clips. Many were quick to dub it the Vine killer, as the service now offers both photo filtering and video loops.
Millions of Instagram users were quick to take advantage of the new video capabilities, resulting in countless clips shared on the mobile service. Many of these 15-second videos are interesting enough to want to save, so you can share or keep for later use. So we’ve round up a few services that enable you to download Instagram videos to your device of choice.

You can easily download Instagram videos, as well as other videos, using the Torch browser. If you’re not using Torch, download and install the browser on your computer first. When your account is all set, click on “Create,” it will open a page where you can choose the trigger channel. Click on “this” to choose your trigger channel, in this case, Instagram. You will then be asked to activate Instagram. Once Instagram is activated, you will be asked to choose a trigger such as “You like a video.” You now have to create a trigger, meaning what you want to happen when you like a video on Instagram. You can choose Dropbox when you click on “then,” like Instagram you have to activate it. Once it is activated, you will be asked to choose an Action. You want to save the video on Dropbox so choose “Add file from URL.” Then click “Create Action” and “Create Recipe” to save this.
So now, whenever you like a video on Instagram, it will be saved on your Dropbox account.
