How to edit Look Backs on Facebook : Here’s 3 worth watching
You may have already seen your friends’ Look Back videos, and some of you may already be tired of these cheesy short clips. Though many have shared their videos on Facebook, some have opted not to because some of the photos and posts included in the video may be some of the things that you are most embarrassed about. Good news! You can now edit Look Back videos to your liking!
The edit feature has been available as early as last week but it was not rolled out simultaneously to all users, meaning some have just now figured out that they can change what appears in their video.
So how do you edit? Just go to your Look Back page and you will see two buttons, one for Share and one for Edit. Click on the edit button to open the photos and posts on your Timeline. Not all of your photos and posts will be available, it is still based on which ones got the most likes, shares or comments.
There are four sections to choose from: Your First Moments where you can choose three photos, Most Liked Posts where you can select four photos or posts, Uploaded Photos where you can select nine photos, and the Photo Grids where you can select 38 photos. When you’re done choosing, play the video to see if you like the result. If yes, click on the Share button. You can always go back and edit your Look Back, but when you do, the Share button is replaced with an Update button, with the edit button still available.
3 Look Backs worth watching
.
As I’ve said, some of you may have grown tired of these Look Back videos, but here are three videos that are worth looking at.
A Look Back to a son’s life
John Berlin took Look Back videos to another level when he contacted Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his team via a YouTube video asking them to release his son’s Look Back video. The catch? His son Jesse died two years ago.

“I know it’s a shot in the dark, but I don’t care,” Berlin said in the video. “I want to see my son’s video. His name’s Jesse Berlin. So please help me.”
Berlin uploaded his video on YouTube on February 5, 2014. His plea did not fall on deaf ears as the Facebook team granted his wish and released Jesse’s Look Back, on Thursday, February 6.
Berlin posted the video on his Facebook account as well as on YouTube. The video received great appreciation on both services with commenters commending Facebook for granting Berlin’s request.
“First of all I just want to thank everyone for all the shares and support. We couldn’t have done this without you. This is the official Facebook video of my son Jesse Berlin,” Berlin posted.
The Look Back video itself is not tear-inducing but the effort applied by both parties is. Just lie down before you watch it and try not to cry.

A Breaking Bad Look Back
If you’re done crying from the touching story you just read, this next Look Back may put a smile on your face especially if you’re a huge fan of Walter White. Breaking Bad first aired in January 2008 and ended in September 2013. It lasted for five seasons, with fans as addicted to the show as Heisenberg’s clients were to his blue crystals.
This Look Back features highlights from the show as well as funny quotes from Walter White.
Of course this isn’t a real Look Back from Facebook, but I think this is what his Look Back would actually look like if he did have a Facebook page.

Join the dark side
And because spoofs tend to go viral, another famous character received the Facebook Look Back treatment, and this time, he belongs to the dark side.
still from Vader’s Look Back
The video showed Vader’s first moments as young Anakin Skywalker to his rise as the dark leader, his very famous line directed at Luke Skywalker, “No, I am your father,” and his very famous move now dubbed as Vadering
The Vader Look Back was created by Joshua Dill and has been well received by netizens.
