Oracle cloudAmong the biggest trade shows in the industry, Oracle OpenWorld 2014 kicks off this week at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA. SiliconANGLE will be covering the event in its entirety, broadcasting live from our roving news desk, theCUBE. Watch exclusive interviews and keynotes here, at SiliconANGLE.tv.

The event will kick off with an opening keynote by Oracle Corp. CTO and Chairman Larry Ellison. Throughout the five-day event, more keynote speakers will be imparting their knowledge as to how data centers, cloud services, and the enterprise are rapidly changing today’s market. Other keynote speakers will include Intel Corp. President Renée J. James who will be discussing The Future of the Data Center in a Software-Defined World, while Oracle co-CEO Mark Hurd for The Business Value of the Cloud.

Oracle EVP for Product Development Thomas Kurian and Oracle Chief Corporate Architect Edward Screven will discuss Cloud Services for the Modern Enterprise, Capgemini Consulting SVP and Global Practice Leader Dr. Didier Bonnet will kick off the discussion on  Leading Digital Transformation Now—No Matter What Business You’re In, Infosys International Inc. CEO and Managing Director Dr. Vishal Sikka will be talking about Reshaping the World with Software. Finally, Oracle EVP of Systems John Fowler will be talking about The Real-Time Enterprise.

There are also more than 20 in-depth special tracks being offered at this week’s events,so attendees can focus on their respective needs. Tracks include Big Data Central, Engineered Systems Central, ERP Central, HCM Central, MySQL Central, OPN Central and SCM Central, to name a few.

Perhaps of equal importance are the networking opportunities during the conference’s parties, with live performances from Aerosmith, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Capital Cities, Empire of the Sun, and Spacehog.
