The company claims that is solutions enable recruiters to convert target candidates into interested candidates three times more efficiently than traditional platforms and is currently being used by companies including Amazon.com Inc., Cisco Systems Inc., Ola, Thoughtworks Inc. and Xiaomi Inc.

Along with the funding, Belong also introduced a new service called BelongExperts. The marketplace connects companies with specialist recruiters and also connects them directly with candidates for niche roles. The product is said to be already being used 20 companies including Uber Technologies Inc. and LendingKart.

The funding round included existing investor Matrix Partners India.
