Bradley Manning Not Guilty of Aiding the Enemy but Convicted of Multiple Other Counts
Details are still emerging, but it has been announced that US Army Pfc Bradley Manning was found Not Guilty of aiding the enemy but convicted of multiple other counts. This is the conclusion of an eight-week trial. The scene at Fort Meade was reported to be filled with supporters and demonstrators. Manning was convicted of six espionage counts, five theft charges, a computer fraud charge and other military infractions. The remaining charges carry a maximum of up to 20 years in prison. Manning faces a maximum of up to 136 years in prison for his various convictions.
