Avaya Expands Cloud Portfolio with Collaboration and Communications Tool

Avaya, a global leader in business communications, wants its partners to exploit the advantages of the medium enterprise market through cloud collaboration with a communications tool. Avaya unveiled a set of new software and cloud-based services designed for companies to make decision much faster. Using its intuitive collaboration solutions, employees can continue to work even more efficiently than before and easier to network with colleagues. The new software can be easily integrated collaboration capabilities into other applications.  The feature-rich collaboration and communication platform can be fitted with new virtualization technologies in less than an hour.

The new services include Avaya Aura Collaboration Environment software platform that facilitates the integration of collaboration and communications capabilities into business applications. For example, it automatically initiate a session between different doctors through a patient monitoring system based on the data of intensive care patients. Thus, mobile, cloud and social media-based collaborative applications can be easily integrated into business solutions and processes – with significantly less time, cost or complexity than before.

Avaya IP Office 9.0 solution increases the scalability and flexibility and simplifies the management and use in stores. Avaya IP Office is the first time allows for up to 2,000 users a seamless collaboration across voice and video services, and mobility applications. In less than an hour, it can also be fitted with new virtualization technology, a feature-rich collaboration and communication solution.

Avaya Messaging Service (AMS) solution enables companies of any cloud based size to collaborate in real time – regardless of the underlying platform. SMS/text messages have not been part of the corporate communications and were sent from a mobile terminal to the next. AMS extends this service so that SMS messages from your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop PC can be sent and received based on security, compliance and quality of company.

Avaya Aura extensions is an effective communication and collaboration platform for large enterprises, which can simply work through client capability and advanced features in cloud and virtual environments. In addition, users can now use up to ten mobile devices from a single phone number.

With the rise of such trends as greater mobility and agile development, communications-enabled business processes are improving the productivity of enterprises. Software and services have been further simplified and adapted to the needs of companies of all sizes, including the smallest ones, so as to speed up the work and make it smarter.

Atlassian, the leading provider of software for team collaboration products, recently announced the launch of Bamboo 5. Bamboo supports the seamless integration of automating the process and eliminates the collaboration between different project teams.
