Watch LIVE: theCUBE covers Splunk’s .conf2015 — Extracting the opportunity in your data | #splunkconf
Splunk’s .conf2015 kicks off September 22 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. During the event, Splunk, Inc. plans to share with attendees how to improve the customer experience, enhance service delivery, optimize IT performance, provide more timely business insights, and reach new levels of security within the enterprise.
With its July 2015 acquisition of cyber-security startup Caspida, Inc., Splunk continues to expand its security focus for enterprise clients. And the company is also excited about machine learning because of the potential for new functionality opportunities, as well as the impact of the Internet of Things.
At last year’s event, Splunk launched new Big Data products and services, including a new platform that gives mobile app developers and security experts insights into the apps they are creating. The company also revealed a new partnership with Amazon Web Services (called Hunk) to provide security analysts with more protection against modern threats.
How are these products and trends shaping up? theCUBE, from the SiliconANGLE Media team, will broadcast live from the event and cover these hot topics and more.
