IoT devices to strain networks and security in 2016
As more devices connect to the Internet, some industry experts have given their predictions as to how this trend will affect networks and security in 2016. Some predict that Smart Home devices will finally become a household staple, more companies will adapt these connected devices, security will be a major issue and the term IoT will eventually disappear.

One TV to rule them all: New Samsung TVs will act as a hub for connected IoT devices
Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. announced that its upcoming Smart TVs will have a smart hub functionality, thanks to the integration of the SmartThings Hub. This will allow users of these Smart TVs to control connected Samsung and SmartThings devices, as well as SmartThings-compatible devices with their Smart TVs. Samsung also announced a new Bio-Processor, an all-in-one advanced system logic chip for the health-oriented wearables market.
