There’s also the engagement of the workforce, which taps into employees, managers and executives, to build on the aforementioned productivity, and actually transcends the hierarchy of corporate workforces. Finally there’s agility, which enables a company to remain competitive in its respective field. With products like SpigitEngage for Facebook and Silverlight, Spigit has specific services around social niches, as well as broader options for businesses to address every one of these steps to success.
Business intelligence is an evolving field all its own, and Spigit sees the true benefit in converting knowledge into action. To this end, Spigit’s management software offers configurable dashboards and interfaces that look to social networkers or internal employees for comments and ideas, curating them, and taking them through the execution process. It’s this wholistic approach to BI that sets Spigit apart, especially in an era where social engagement could either hurt or hinder your bottom line.
While Spigit has always taken a full-circle approach to crowdsourcing and BI, the company’s got a few things it’s currently developing for larger scale deployment, including Spigit Mobile, centered on HTML5 standards for a range of device support. There’s also the recently launched Spigit SDK, which enables developers to carve out their own methodologies around this management software, integrating with other apps like Twitter or Salesforce.
